Aleksey Brikalov is the Director of Economic Security. He graduated from the St. Petersburg Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in Jurisprudence and a degree in Finance and Credit from the North-West Academy of Public Administration. Aleksey has been at the Port since 2003 and is responsible for organizing work to ensure economic and transport security in the subdivisions and facilities of the Port. He holds an honorary diploma from the administration of the Vyborg District of the Leningrad Region and a commendation from the Governor of the Leningrad Region. During his spare time, he enjoys boxing.
